Do you ship worldwide?
We ship almost everywhere around the world, and If you can select your country in the shipping address confirmation during checkout, it means that we can deliver to your place.

How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping Time: Standard Shipping: Standard delivery time to the USA and Canada: 5 to 10 business days. Delivery time to Australia: 7 to 12 business days. Delivery time to the UK: 5 to 9 business days. Delivery time to Europe: 5 to 9 business days. Delivery time to other countries: 6 to 12 business days. Express Shipping: If you wish to receive your package sooner, we offer express delivery with a faster delivery time. Express Shipping is quicker than standard shipping and is prioritized. Additional Note: Due to the pandemic, there may be delays due to the shipping courier and customs in your country. Delivery Time = Processing time + shipping time

How much is the shipping?
Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping for orders over $50. For orders under $50, the shipping cost is $4.99. The shipping cost for express shipping is $9.99 Since we ship directly from our partners' warehouses, located globally, our goal is to keep our products affordable for our customers through efficient worldwide shipping. As we work with several international shipping companies, tracking updates might be displayed with a significant delay, as different systems are used internationally.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
We are very sorry! We do not offer delivery to P.O. boxes addresses.

I want to cancel my order. How can I do?
This is not a problem as long as the order has not yet been processed. We often submit items for shipment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it. If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy in order to get a full refund once you receive your product! Please contact us if you have further questions via our contact form.

How can I return or exchange an item?
We offer a 14 days free returns policy to our customers. If you want to return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@cartclickers.com We kindly ask that you send us - your order number - your name - your email used on the order. We will send you the return instructions regarding our return policy

My order is damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@cartclickers.com We kindly ask that you send us - a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received - your order number - your name - your email used on the order. No worries, we’ll take good care of you. We will then arrange a replacement as soon as possible! Your satisfaction is our priority!

How do I know that my order is being processed?
Right after you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. If the email is not in your spam folder either, you have most likely made a typo in your email. Please contact our support. info@cartclickers.com

I didn't receive an order confirmation
If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at info@cartclickers.com to see if we have received an order in your name.

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
Our warehouse staffs are super quick, so if you notice an error please email us asap with your name and order number. So we can try to catch your package before it departs. Changes can only be made before the processing starts, after your order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.

What type of payment are you accepting?
CartClickers accepts most payment Methods. We currently offer Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and ApplePay as payment methods.

How long will it take before I receive my refund?
Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card or PayPal account. The process may vary depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer.

Do I have to pay taxes & duty?
We always try to send our products in such a way that the customer does not have to pay any customs duties. In 99% of the cases there are no customs duties. But please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense
